User-Driven: A Product Innovation Design Method for a Digital Twin Combined with Flow Function Analysis

Since the lack of a specific design method, guidance and user participation in product innovation digital twins, process requirement-driven twin combined with flow function analysis is proposed based on constructed model PPE-PVE-VVE-VPE twin. First, to obtain orientation design, requirement knowledge graph generated basis functional decomposition intuitively express mapping relationship between requirements components. Then, composition prototype physical entity (PPE) conducted domain; identifies virtual (PVE) defects vision (VVE) solved via evolution path as well evaluated selected from users’ perspective display simulation rehearsal analysis. Finally, (VPE) through interaction VVE world, users are involved operation VPE. The feasibility effectiveness method verified by rede-signing no-tillage maize seeding monomer.
